Breaking Open, Starting New with Sun in Gemini

A Lived Experience
A Buddhist teacher tried to tell me forty years ago, and a boss tried to tell me ten years ago. I did not get it until a recent quantum breakthrough that also involved a full physical stop, and then the reading of Rob Brezsny’s astrological forecast for Aquarius for the week of May 14, 2026:
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): Cartographer Gerardus Mercator created his famous world map in 1569, enabling sailors to plot straight-line courses across oceans. But his technique dramatically distorts the size of landmasses. Greenland appears larger than Africa, when in reality Africa is 14 times bigger. And the truth is that every map privileges certain truths while distorting others. This is a key teaching for you right now, Aquarius. Examine the mental maps you’re using to navigate your life. Might they be hiding or warping reality in any way? Consider whether you would benefit from redrawing your inner visualizations of the wide, wild world out there.
I have read Rob’s work for years and consider him to be an open-hearted, wise man. My experience of his forecasts is spot-on, and I love how he includes so much in his writings about being human and connected.
This forecast aligns with a quantum leap that broke an ingrained pattern of overcomplicating life. I wanted to simplify, yet I was stuck.
Like many of you, I have recently had a breakthrough, a shift to higher possibilities, and with that, as often happens, was a physical response of shutdown. I suspect the physical stop was to acclimate and integrate the upload.
In this multilayered, multidimensional upgrade, and with the help of a kind, wise friend, one whom I experience as a living cosmic antenna, I simplified this work. It is simplified for me in the creation of it and hopefully, for you, dear reader, in receipt of it.
I am focusing on one purposeful aspect and its connection to the Sun/Earth/Moon and the Galactics, rather than including a look at multiple aspects.

Sun in Gemini
The aspect of focus at this Gemini, 2026 Ingress is the Uranus/Sedna conjunction at 2 degrees Gemini in both the Heliocentric and Geocentric Coordinates. The data below reflects the Heliocentric connections.
Sun
The Sun/Uranus/Sedna conjunction reinforces, enhances, and blasts us into an experience of extending our boundaries to infinite Love. The uplifted energy of Gemini Air provides the current to take us there.
The Fixed Stars conjunct the Sun at this ingress lead us to Higher dimensions, where we can be saturated in the visceral experience of unconditioned love through Source and within Self.
The opportunities and capacities to live love – for life, for self, for all beings -- accelerate. Let’s take advantage of this opening.
Earth/Moon
With our Sun in the dichotomous sign of Gemini, our Earth/Moon is in the sign of higher philosophy, Sagittarius. The far-out Dziewanna and Typhon conjunct the Earth/Moon and oppose the Sun. I have come to love these Scattered Disc Objects, and here is why:
Dziewanna’s father insisted that she marry, and her mother colluded with him. She rejected all their chosen mates. In testament to her supremacy, her eventual husband recognized her power and softened himself into a flower so that she could receive him.
This is the story of equitable male-female partnering, which we will see more of, because Typhon, another SDO, represents the energy of a typhoon. This cataclysmic weather event shakes things up and recalibrates the landscape. Typhon and Dziewanna are working together now to bring in the divine masculine and the divine feminine in equanimity.
Adding to this fusion energy is Goibniu, a Transneptunian Object that is representative of an Irish blacksmith who forges wisdom with power.
Pulsars are present, too, helping us sync to our own cosmic timing.
Virgo Points
The Virgo points include the Galaxy CR7 (Galaxy Cosmos Redshift). As one of the oldest and most distant galaxies, this group takes us way back, clearing the pathways to present consciousness. With the mutable signs, Gemini/Sagittarius/Virgo/Pisces, we can be flexible, more open to change that liberates us from stuck points.
The Cubewano Sila-Nunam is also included here in early Virgo, so aptly placed for its ability to help us integrate masculine/feminine, human/nature, and past/present/future.
Pisces Point
The Pisces point, NGC 7052, offers additional assistance in clearing the deep past for a cleaner today and tomorrow. This enormous Black Hole is equal to 300 million times the mass of our Sun.
Suggestions
The deep-space cosmic helpers at this Gemini 2026 Ingress represent energies from our deep past. We can take advantage of this by working with the pulsars, slowing down and living our own rhythm, and then allowing that deep, deep past to filter out and through.
The Sedna/Uranus connection blasts life wide open, beyond anything we could conjure. While the experience is likely to be turbulent, these bodies are working on our behalf.
A major shift I have had to make recently is asking for and accepting help. As I lived this opening, it became crystal clear that receptivity to help extends to cosmic kin and invisible helpers, like angels and other beneficent energies. May you open fully to this special and sacred time. May the deep ancient past inform and release what you no longer need or want. And all blessings for what you need and want.
